How to make sure you can receive Personal Messages

Hi folks,

Our forum is set up so that if you click on someone's username or avatar, you have an option to "Start a Private Conversation" with them. (Click here for another way to start a Private Conversation.) This is a terrific way to connect with other TMSers, but some people have set up their accounts so that they can't receive Private Conversations from others. Generally, Private Conversations/Personal Messages happen only quite rarely and tend to be a great way to connect, so this seems like a shame to me. I made the following video to show you how to change the setting and to explain why I think personal Conversations are a good thing.
