I've been tinkering around with this remarkable program, but until today have not fully committed to it. One might disagree, given that I meet with a therapist from PPC once a week and have been since last Oct.. Prior to that I worked through Dr. Schubiner's program and am active on the online forum he's provided. Yet still, my pain persists.
I am not deterred. I believe I have had TMS since childhood, so it's going to take a while to "unlearn" my pain, as Dr. Schubiner reminds us. I have turned to Alan's program to give myself more structure.

    Hi Canine,
Welcome to the SEP. It sounds like you have a lot of steadfastness and commitment to yourself. I am glad you are doing so much to support your process.

I live by what the tennis great Arthur Ashe said was his motto and mantra:
"Never give up, no matter what the score is."

But you have to believe 100 percent that your symptoms are caused by TMS,
repressed emotions and/or a perfectionist and goodist personality.
