    If I could change one thing about my life, it would be to stop living primarily from guilt and responsibility toward others and start living more from alignment with myself. I’ve noticed how often my choices are driven by fear of disappointing people rather than by what truly feels right for me.

    The steps I’m beginning to take are small but meaningful: recognizing guilt as a signal rather than a command, allowing myself to pause instead of immediately accommodating others, and giving myself permission to not have everything figured out.

    I’m learning that real change doesn’t come from forcing certainty but from creating more space for autonomy, rest, and honest reflection. These steps already feel like a foundation for both emotional and physical healing.
