One of the first things that i lost in this TMS journey was my confidence. I started second guessing my decisions all the time.

As someone who was assertive, confident and capable, prior to this mess unfolding, I've been struggling with the ambiguity of my decisions.

Having recently taken a more "reflective" perspective however, i find myself better able to manage my emotions. This is especially true during high stress periods.

So, im very proud of myself for having crossed a bridge here and unlearning a habit that rarely helped especially around symptom duration and intensity.

Congratulations Francis! I am glad you're seeing your way through this, and growing your "TMS skills."
