I stopped doing the program due to life interrupting and restarted a week ago.

The numbness and tightness seems to be moving up my legs. I think I'm starting to feel things with the bottom of my feet. This has never happened before.

So the numbness and tightness has shifted away from your feet and is affecting your legs now? Mind/body/TMS sensations can move around like that to try and attract your attention.

Day 7, eh? Sounds like your TMS brain mechanism is operating right on schedule. I address this phenomenon in the SEP subforum top post in this subsection:

What to Watch Out For: As you work the SEP, your brain will not be happy, because it would rather have you stay in a familiar fearful state - so it might start to fight back. Worsening symptoms and new symptoms are very common experiences as people start seriously doing this work. Just know that this is a sign that you're getting somewhere and that it is a reason to rejoice - so keep the faith, and don't give up.

My feet are still numb but There's a lot of tension in the Achilles tendon behind my ankle.
