Once again I’ll refer you to David Hanscom’s blog -great reading, and he writes significantly about addiction including sexual addiction which he has found a co-relation to addiction and TMS. He also writes about RUTs - unpleasant, repetitive thoughts. What he has written along with Claire Weekes books could help. Basically, you learn just not to believe all of your thoughts. I think it is quite common (especially today) that people fear being alone. So many people choose isolation instead of getting out in the world. You have to make an effort, no matter how difficult to do it.
The porn is addiction, it is a distraction. You must look beyond the obvious emotional concerns: lonliness, fear of being unloved by others to seeing what is underneath. We are multifaceted humans with layers of emotion - namely and Dr. Sarno reminds us that the base emotion is anger and rage which is subconscious. The kind fear of others not loving us is actually the rage of not being able to love and/or accept yourself. This is a tail chasing game with anxiety, and once again, it’s a bunch of thoughts mixed with emotions.
    My personal suggestion? Therapy.
You’ve written a lot of really heavy stuff lately, and you might feel a little lighter if you can unburden your load. I would also suggest at the same time you follow previous advice to work on David Hanscom’s suggestions to overcome symptoms. Journal or expressive write your heart out. Do it with compassion and let out the crap. See it for what it is.. just a lot of baggage that doesn’t define you as a person. Write about your emotions tied to porn, your fears, and occasionally your joys. You can do this work on your own while also seeing a therapist if choose to do that. Work though the work Suggested for the RUT’s. Here’s the link for RUT’s https://backincontrol.com/ruts/ (RUTs - Back in Control)
Read Claire Weekes and revisit old posts you made on this forum, sometimes there is gold in old posts to revisit.

It is to your credit @Davideus85 that you are willing to be vulnerable and share your emotions and struggles on this forum. Ultimately, the answers to your questions are inside you. You will eventually figure things out by expressive writing-- asking and answering these questions for yourself. A therapist can help with this process, but ultimately it comes down to you.
