I'm recovered from this now. I treated it as a TMS symptom and tried to take away any feelings of fear around the different types of food I'm eating. Working hard to send myself messages of safety and simply observing the sensations that arose in my body without fear but with curiosity. I'm now back eating whatever I want with no issues.
