    Thank you Diana I can feel your kindness through your words, it truly feels like people in this forum want others to heal. Its incredible that you have found happiness amongst your struggles and it is motivating to hear. I plan on doing the work and I have a few workshops booked that aren't directly linked to TMS but that I am hoping will help me connect to underlying emotions and possibly explore some aspects of myself / my past that I can not see. I do believe there is a way of this darkness.

    I love your direct non bullshit approach - I mean that genuinely, that's why I look forward to your responses - but I can see telling myself that my subconscious can't get the message is negative and preventing it from getting the message.. ok I need to reframe this in a way that is positive and believable. Of course it will get the message if I keep at it, keep telling it and have some patience and maybe a little love towards it, I can do that.

    @Dee.1983
    There’s a great success story of a young woman who got healed from TMS headaches in Nicole Sach’s first book, The Meaning of Truth. It’s in chapter 8. If you haven’t read that book, it’s a good one. Sometimes it is helpful to cling to some good success stories. I know that’s helped me.

    Thanks Diana - I have her second book but haven't read it yet - I will also get her first book - I feel I need to consume as much TMS information as possible at present although currently really enjoying Lorimer Moseley on you tube as suggested by @JohnDellatto
