Yesterday’s wins: recognized hand eczema flair as a TMS symptom tied to stress over pregnancy complication, took a nap that apparently my body REALLY NEEDED, focused on areas of body that were symptom free (struggled to focus, but even 30 seconds count). Noted flair in TMJD symptoms, likely tied to difficulty breathing in pregnancy & stress (so real physical reason & TMS portion of symptom).
today's wins: spent a lot of time resting in my chair, honoring what my body was requesting. accepted help from others who offered. recognized some new pregnancy symptoms as potential TMS (but also got checked out by the OB, taking no risks over here). requested support from my husband when dealing with anxiety and ocd thoughts.

Hi there, thanks for sharing your story. It came up in a search of mine for eosinophilic conditions. I deal with eosinophilic fasciitis, but also a great deal of other conditions including mast cell/allergy type. I’ve been doing a lot of work on myself for many years (covering everything like yourself, including mindbody work) and yet seem to get more issues. Just wondering how you are doing?
